Far Reaching Ministries

Far Reaching Ministries (FRM), founded in 1998, is an evangelical Christian missionary and humanitarian organization. They began working with South Sudanese refugee camps, offering love and hope to orphans who lost their families through genocide, famine, and disease.
That same year, Pastor Wes Bentley trekked into the Sudan bush with a Captain in the South People’s Liberation Army (SPLA). Over a hundred and fifty soldiers responded to an invitation to receive Jesus Christ, and the vision for a chaplaincy program was born.
Chaplains are taught verse-by-verse through the entire Bible. Upon graduation, they are deployed to a front-line battle unit, as well as non-combat units in the Nuba Mountains region. The Nuba Mountains have been a hotspot of violence for decades and are known for some of the most severe fighting in Sudan. CCTV supports one of these chaplains. FRM now serves in eleven countries with a multitude of programs and ministries. These include Bible schools, church planting, pastoral training, orphanages, farming training, humanitarian relief, and human trafficking prevention.

In Calvary's Care

In Calvary’s Care seeks to minister Christ’s love to  children in a tangible, relational way.  Each month, the families of sponsored children come to the In Calvary's Care ministry house .  The staff sits with the family, talks with them about what’s happening in their family, prays with them and for them, shares the Word with them, and then gives the family  supplies (rice, beans, cooking oil, powdered milk, sugar, and cookies) for each sponsored child.  The  staff sends reports back to us so that sponsors can know what’s happening with their sponsored children and their families.
