FAQs
What activities will my child be participating in at VBS?
During Vacation Bible School, your child will enjoy a fun and faith-filled experience that includes engaging Bible lessons, worship and music, exciting games, creative crafts, and interactive group activities. Each part of the day is designed to help kids learn about God’s love in a way that’s memorable, meaningful, and age-appropriate.
What age group or grades is VBS for?
VBS is designed for children entering Kindergarten through those who have just completed 5th grade. Whether your child is gearing up for their first year of school or wrapping up elementary, they’ll find a place to belong and have a blast at VBS!
What is the environment like?
Our VBS takes place outdoors under our large, air-conditioned church tents, providing a comfortable and shaded space for all activities. We aim to create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment where kids can learn and play. Portable restrooms and a handwashing station are available on-site to ensure cleanliness and convenience throughout the day.
Does my child need to bring anything to VBS?
We’ll provide water bottles, snacks, and all the supplies your child will need for the day. We do recommend that your child wears sunscreen, as some activities may take place outdoors. To help everyone stay focused and engaged, we kindly ask that children leave electronic devices at home.
Is there a cost to attend VBS?
No, Vacation Bible School is completely free! We’re excited to offer this event as a gift to our community and look forward to sharing a fun and meaningful week with your kids.
Who will be supervising my child during VBS?
Your child will be cared for by our fully background-checked Sunday school staff, who are experienced and dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment. In addition, trusted high school volunteers will be assisting throughout the event to help ensure every child is supported and engaged.
